Steps:


1. Get all the ingredients for the chai ready. 


2. Boil the tea, chai masala, ginger, and sugar in water. Bring to a rapid bubbling boil.


3. Pour your chosen plant milk slowly.


4. Bring to just about a boil, then strain and serve.



How to make

Ingredients

We need 4 basic ingredients- water, milk (non-dairy in this case), sugar, and tea leaves. Spices are added when we make masala chai.
